Returns Policy

 Shimmer-hj offers a goodwill refund policy as follows:

Details of any items needing to be returned has to be emailed to us on Shimmer-hj.co.uk with in 5 working days.  Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once items have been received in a re-saleable condition, you will either be refunded or exchange given. All returns must be paid for by the customer. It is advisable to send items as recorded delivery to ensure that it reaches us safely.

The following items are excluded from our 'goodwill' returns policy:

Any item that is personalised and specially made to meet requirements. This may be specific colours including variation from the original item on sale. This also includes items that are specially ordered for a customer.
